º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ kicked off 2026 with our annual ONE Sales Conference and Supplier Partner Trade Show. The theme for this year was Drive to Thrive, and the energy at that event was incredible to experience. We are grateful for the amazing effort and customer-first service our team provides every day. The road ahead is clear, we’re shifting into high gear, and we are excited to see what we will accomplish together.
ONE Conference 2026
The 2026 ONE Sales Conference and Supplier Partner Trade Show raised the bar yet again. Our sales team flew in from across the country to learn and grow together. We celebrated outstanding achievement, sharpened our skills, and made timeless memories every day.

Making a Difference

Chicago team members collected and delivered food that helped feed hundreds of families.

º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ team members partnered with professional TKN — Kristen Nuss and Taryn Kloth to help make the Christmas season brighter for families in Louisiana.

Tampa team members came out this Christmas to help continue their mission of getting “every kid a bike.”

º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ held a company-wide food drive in partnership with .

Chicago team members David Mills, Salvador De La Rosa, and Jeff Campe, helped spread Christmas cheer as part of annual toy drive.
Columbus Expansion

º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ is always working to be more efficient so that our team can continue to deliver Unforgettable Service for our customers. º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ had an opportunity to add 120,000 square feet of space for our Columbus location. That location also serves as a DC hub for 7 branches.
Operations leadership saw an opportunity to enhance workflow and service in our Midwest Region. This would be a heavy lift—requiring clear vision, focused management, and considerable teamwork—but it would be worth it.
º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Ops Team members came in from all over the country, investing their time and talent to get the job done right and done fast. After several weeks of careful planning and a whirlwind weekend of “all hands on deck,” the Columbus MRO Branch and Columbus DC were operating in independent spaces.


Tickets began printing on Sunday morning. By lunchtime, more than 300 tickets had been pulled and staged—with only 3 split tickets! That’s efficiency and accuracy as only º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ can do it!
VP of Branch Operations Joseph Dietrich said the operation “demonstrated outstanding teamwork across multiple branches and departments.”

Celebrating Excellence

Gunnar Rastenburg—left, pictured with Jamie Akers and Josh Costello—was named Supplier Professional of the Year at the banquet.

Nichole Curl, second from right with members of the º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ University team, was named one of the “Top 25 Most Influential HVACR Educators & Trainers” of 2026.

Curtis Grant, pictured with his wife, Diane, was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his many years of service to the association.
